I’ve lost my card, what should I do?
Contact us at 320-352-5771 during business hours or call 800-472-3272 after hours. Fees may apply for replacement cards.

 

I forgot or lost my pin, how can I set a new one?
Since your PIN is confidential, the issuing card company can assist you with this. Please call 800-567-3451 for assistance to select a new PIN or reset existing number.

 

Can I raise my cash and purchase limits on my ATM/Debit Card?
Yes, cash and purchase limits may be raised on the card (subject to approval). Please contact First State Bank of Sauk Centre at 320-352-5771 to request an increase.

 

My card is damaged and doesn’t work; can a new card be ordered?
Yes, we can reorder the card for you. Please contact us at 320-352-5771 during our business hours.

 

My card expires this month; when will I get my new card?
The card expires at the end of the month and you will receive a new card a few weeks before. Once you receive your new card, please make sure to activate it by following the instructions that come with the card.

 

I will be traveling; can I use my FSB Debit Card?
Yes, whether you are traveling within the US or internationally, please contact us at 320-352-5771 so that we can alert VISA of your upcoming travels.
