Home Equity Loan Rate Disclosures:
Fixed Rate Home Equity Loan – Interest rates and terms are subject to change. Normal underwriting guidelines apply. Standard fees at the borrower’s expense.
Home Equity Line of CreditMonthly Payments of Interest Only based on the outstanding balance of the line – The fully indexed Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is Prime + a margin of either 0%, 0.50%, or 1.00%. [“Prime” means the prime rate as published in The Wall Street Journal.] The interest rate may increase or decrease and cannot fall below 4% and cannot exceed 15%. Appraisal or title insurance, if required, at the borrower’s expense. Property insurance is required. Flood insurance may be required. Normal underwriting guidelines apply. Non-owner-occupied loans are available at 2% above Prime. For lines of credit with a combined loan to value above 80%, an additional margin of 0.50% will be added to Prime.
